Cali Canna Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Cali Canna Affiliate Marketing Program, powered by Social Snowball.
This program rewards verified affiliates for referring new customers to Cali Canna’s online store and products. By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before applying or promoting.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to promote hemp-derived THCa products in their jurisdiction.

  • Affiliates must reside in, hold legal residency in, or maintain an active U.S.-based bank account or payment method in order to receive payouts.

  • Applicants must have an active and valid payment method (e.g., U.S. bank account, PayPal, or other approved domestic payout channel).

  • Cali Canna reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion, with or without reason.

3. Program Participation

  • Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or tracking link generated through Social Snowball.

  • Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases made directly through your code or link.

  • Affiliates are responsible for truthful, compliant promotion of Cali Canna products. Any marketing or claims made must comply with applicable federal, state, and platform advertising laws related to hemp-derived products.

  • Affiliates may not represent themselves as official employees or agents of Cali Canna.

4. Commissions and Payments

Commission Rate:
Commission percentages and payout structures may change at any time at Cali Canna’s discretion. Affiliates will be notified in advance of material changes.

Payment Terms:
Commissions are processed only after successful payment collection and completion of the customer’s order. Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for commission.

Verification:
All transactions are subject to review and verification to ensure program integrity. Cali Canna may delay or withhold commissions during investigation of suspicious or non-compliant activity.

Fraud or Misconduct:
Any commissions obtained through deceptive, spammy, or prohibited marketing tactics (e.g., fake referrals, coupon scraping, incentivized purchases, false claims) will be voided.

U.S. Residency & Banking Requirement:
All affiliate payouts are issued exclusively in U.S. dollars (USD) to U.S.-based accounts. Affiliates without a U.S. address, residency, or eligible domestic banking/payment account are not eligible for payouts.

Payouts:
Commissions are paid via Social Snowball’s automated system once the payment threshold is met, provided the affiliate account is in good standing.

5. Coupon and Deal Sites

  • Posting affiliate codes or links on coupon or deal websites (e.g., Honey, RetailMeNot, CouponBirds, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

  • Affiliates found enabling or allowing unauthorized code listings will be immediately terminated and will forfeit all pending commissions.

  • Affiliates should promptly report any unauthorized use of their referral codes to [email protected].

6. Brand and Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use official Cali Canna logos, banners, and media assets provided through the affiliate portal.

  • Altering brand assets (logos, product images, videos) or creating derivative materials without prior written approval is prohibited.

  • Promotional materials must reflect Cali Canna’s brand tone and compliance standards — no references to “marijuana,” “THC,” “dispensary,” or other restricted terms in paid placements.

  • Affiliates may not run paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) using the Cali Canna name, trademarks, or URLs without written consent.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time with written notice.

  • Upon termination, affiliates must cease use of all Cali Canna assets, codes, and promotional links immediately.

  • Any unpaid or pending commissions tied to unverified, refunded, or fraudulent sales will be voided upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cali Canna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from or in connection with this program—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Amendments

Cali Canna reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

10. Agreement

By enrolling and participating in the Cali Canna Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Violation of any term may result in suspension or termination from the program and forfeiture of all accrued commissions.
