No, you do not need a medical card to order with us.

What states do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states. Just be sure to use a valid shipping address.

Good news! When you splurge and spend over $125 (after discounts and coupons), we roll out the red carpet with free shipping! If your cart is under $125, no worries—you can still get your goodies with a $15.00 flat rate shipping fee. Happy shopping!

Countdown to excitement! Your order will usually arrive within 1-4 business days from the shipping date. Sometimes, though, Mother Nature or other delays might slow things down a bit. If you’re in a remote area, give it a few extra days for your goodies to find their way to you.

How do I track my order?

Exciting times ahead! Once you place your order, keep an eye on your inbox for your order confirmation email—it comes with a shiny tracking number. Just click the link in the email to follow your package’s journey.

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

Oh no, your tracking number’s playing hide and seek? No worries, it’s usually one of two sneaky culprits:

  1. USPS might be taking its sweet time updating their system. Give it 1-2 business days, and it should pop up.
  2. Double-check that the tracking number is typed in correctly—sometimes those tricky digits like to dance around!

My package says delivered but I haven’t received anything. What is happening?

Delivery déjà vu? If your tracking info says your package has been delivered, but it hasn’t shown up yet, don’t panic! Sometimes, the Shipping Carrier gets a bit ahead of themselves.

What payment methods do you accept?

We’ve got you covered! We happily accept payments via credit/debit card, Zelle, and CashApp Crypto payments. You can choose your payment method at the checkout page.

For Zelle and CashApp Crypto payments, we’ll send you payment instructions after you’ve placed an order to complete your payment.

Changed your mind? No problem, as long as your order hasn’t shipped out yet, we can offer you store credit. Just remember, no refunds on payments made—store credit only.

What is the return policy?

Got an issue with your order? We handle all order issues on a case-by-case basis. If you received a defective product or something different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right with store credit for future purchases. Please note that we strive to get your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. Once your package is on its way, canceling the order may not be possible.

How Does Your Points & Rewards Work?

To receive points, you will need to create an account with us and not check out as guest.

For each $1 you spend with us, you get 1 reward point. For every 20 reward points that you accumulate you’ll earn a $1 discount which you can apply to any future orders with us.

You can redeem your reward points on the ‘cart’ or the ‘checkout’ page. Please note, points are not earned on shipping costs.

20 Reward Points     = $1
100 Reward Points   = $5
1000 Reward Points = $50

You can earn additional reward points from product reviews. You’ll earn 10 reward points for every review made. You can only do a review on items that you have specifically purchased.
