If you are an experienced user, these would be a nice snack but probably not feasible to purchase/consume all the time. However, they are great for 1.people who don't want a large amount 2.people who want a reliable dosing method 3.people who don't want to eat mushrooms or drink mushrooms or taste mushrooms or 4--my favorite--great to take along almost anywhere without suspicion.
