Tastes great and feels great too! Each bar is sectioned like a normal chocolate bar. This one is 10 pieces so you divide that by 4 (grams) and you get .4g per piece. Started with 2 pieces and ate 2 more throughout the day. Couldn't ask for a better saturday 🙂
